Day 32 – Orleans

Weather is supposed to be dull and raining today but it was sunny and warm when we left. I popped out to get my Starbucks, then we walked towards the Saturday market, passing the last couple of sights on the way, but both were closed. Took pictures of the outside.

The market was busy, bought some dried sausages and some cheese to eat later. Then walked back along the river to the main part of the town to get brunch. As usual, all the places were very busy, we found a bistro and Song had an egg in goat’s cheese to start and salmon for main, I had a burger, trying to increase the burger count before we go home. Both were OK, not spectacular.

It started to rain a little, so we walked back to the hotel, intending to stop for a while and go out again, but we were both a bit tired – we’ve basically been out every day since we got here 30 days ago, so we decided to just chill in the room and watch TV, so not much to write about today.

Tomorrow is Paris again, the last stop before we head home.
